Join Michael for an enlightening evening exploring traditional yogic practices, like chanting and meditation, the essential keys to becoming a more conscious, integrated human being, even in today's world. Michael will be sharing what he has learned during his many years in India.
"At the core of our experience as human beings is a fundamental and innate drive to feel happy, whole and complete.
The only mistake we make, according to the yogis, is that we look for this happiness and completion outside of ourselves, in the changing world.”
