Leah teaches from the Shri Vidya Tantra lineage. Expect simple yet profound teachings that have been time tested for thousands of years. Learn how to witness thoughts, use breath and relax. Practices may include mantra and chakra techniques for energy balancing.

Parking: The location is at 75th Street on the sand. Parking is available along Ocean Terrace or in the lot behind the Public Library (meters start at 8am)

Teacher: Friend, sister, teacher, and coach. Leah has been teaching since 2007; a student of yoga since 2000. She teaches from a place of dedication to the practice and has been fortunate enough to have high caliber teachers like Rod Stryker, Brent Anderson and Sally Kempton. Her direct link to the Himalayan tradition provides the method she teaches. Today you can find Leah teaching at festivals such as the Sedona Yoga festival or the South Florida Yoga Expo. She leads Meditation Trainings in South Florida and takes her clients on international retreats. Her capacity to take years of dedicated learning, and translate it for her clients makes Leah's approach accessible and functional. She is one of 90 nationally certified Para Yoga instructors, is Polestar® Pilates trained and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Leah is an ACC Level ICF University of Miami Life Coach. She began as a student, and continues to be a learn in and out of the classroom. Today she meets you as your guide for a comprehensive experience in total wellness.
